Monday
- Friday. Service Area:
Woodburn, Hubbard, Aurora, and Silverton areas. Position includes a $3000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patients' special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
