$150 000 annual salary (depending on experience) + $10 000 sign‑on bonus.
ScheduleMonday–Friday, Full‑Time, Exempt Position.
LocationSalem, Oregon.
Position OverviewThe Administrator leads community agency operations, ensuring daily execution of services, managing personnel performance and office administration.
Responsibilities- Plan, direct, and evaluate operations to ensure adequate and appropriate care and services.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage fiscal planning, budgeting, and operations within fiscal parameters.
- Implement governing body directives and develop service policies.
- Recruit, employ, and retain qualified personnel, maintaining staffing levels.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels.
- Ensure personnel have current clinical information and practices.
- Direct and monitor organizational performance improvement activities.
- Ensure staff development including orientation, in‑service education, continuing education, and evaluation.
- Ensure skilled nursing and therapeutic services are supervised by a physician or registered clinician.
- Ensure appropriate staff supervision during all operating hours.
- Ensure professional services qualifications and assignments of personnel.
- Ensure accuracy of public information materials and activities.
- Appoint an alternate to be available during operating hours in administrator’s absence.
- Inform governing bodies and stakeholders of current trends.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Proven ability to supervise and direct professional, administrative, and clinical personnel.
- Ability to market aggressively and engage tactfully with the community.
- Knowledge of corporate business management.
- Strong communication and public‑relations skills.
- Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and CHAP standards.
