Position Status:

What you will do!

In this dynamic role, you will provide executive support to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and the Deputy Chief Medical Officer (DCMO). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex calendars and task lists
  • Facilitating meetings with meticulous agenda preparation and detailed minute-taking
  • Crafing polished emails, memos, letters, reports, and forms
  • Overseeing the organization of files and Microsoft Teams spaces
  • Coordinating comprehensive travel itineraries and accommodations
  • Ensuring the efficient distribution of products and printed materials
What We Are Looking For

Minimum Qualifications
  • One year of experience performing administrative duties in support of agency projects or programs. Qualifying experience would involve data collection and analysis; project evaluation and/or analysis; interpretation and application of laws, rules, and regulations; or similar experience.
