Certified Recovery Mentor. Part-Time
Hours:
32 hours per week, two scheduling options available.
- Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Tuesday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Salem Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) located in Salem, Oregon, is part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers, the leading provider of medication-assisted treatment in the nation. Your Job As a Certified Recovery MentorThe Certified Recovery Mentor assists the care management team in providing a seamless continuum of care. They will maintain regular and constant communication with insurance companies, the finance department, treatment team members, patients and their families to increase quality and cost-effective outcomes. The Certified Recovery Mentor will assist patients in accessing medical, clinical, vocational and rehabilitative services as necessary. Eligible positions may qualify for student loan forgiveness through HRSA, depending on clinic site eligibility.

- Serve as a supportive role model, using personal recovery experience to build rapport with patients.
- Provide day-to-day recovery coaching, encouragement, and skill reinforcement.
- Assist patients in accessing community resources (housing, meetings like 12-Step, medical/dental services, employment).
- Be a point of contact for incoming patients.
- Document patient progress as part of the clinical team.
- Assist in case management referrals and follow-up.
- Provide support groups or peer support meetings facilitation.
- Help patients identify goals, supports, and coping strategies to maintain and build recovery.
- May assist with intake procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Certified Recovery Mentor in the state of Oregon required
