We are seeking a Certified Physician's Assistant or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our team and help us give back lives, reunite families, and heal communities affected by substance use disorder.

The Role:
As a provider with Ideal Option, you'll join our fight against the opioid crisis by helping patients during some of their most challenging times. Your responsibilities include:
- Monitoring patient chart activity in eCW for locking and co-signing charts
- Conducting in-office assessments to determine appropriateness for office-based buprenorphine therapy
- Obtaining patient histories and performing physical examinations
- Establishing diagnoses and treatment plans
- Referring patients for counseling
- Co-signing patient charts daily
- Inducing patients onto buprenorphine, ensuring they are in appropriate withdrawal states
- Managing gradual induction onto buprenorphine and assessing for side effects
- Conducting follow-up and maintenance evaluations
- Interpreting lab data and following telehealth guidelines
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
- Active DEA license
