Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) | Keizer, OR

We’re seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a travel contract assignment in Keizer, Oregon
. This role provides the opportunity to support patients in regaining independence and function while working under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Requirements

• Active COTA License (Oregon)
• Current BLS certification
• SNF experience preferred
• New grads welcome to apply
• Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve independence in daily living activities
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Educate patients and families on therapy strategies and exercises
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehab team to ensure quality care
