Grants Analyst; Program Analyst

Position: Grants Analyst (Program Analyst 2)
* A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the agency program that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two years’ experience coordinating or administering a program.

*** Any combination of experience or education equivalent to five years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification.
* Experience with grant administration, reimbursement processes, and applying state and federal compliance requirements.
* Skill in reviewing documentation for accuracy and identifying discrepancies or potential audit risks.
* Ability to communicate clearly, provide guidance, and collaborate with grantees, contractors, and internal teams.
* Experience improving procedures, tools, and tracking systems to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
* Ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
* Proficient in using digital tracking systems, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and communication platforms.
