Commercial Loan Officer

Given our clientele and business model, we are dependent on our staff working in-office. This is not a remote position.

This position, as with all positions at Pioneer Trust Bank, does not have sales goals or quotas.

Job Type: Full Time/Exempt

Hours:

Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm

Salary: $5,000 - $10,000 Monthly (DOE)

• Provide exceptional care to your colleagues, clients and community
• Meet with clients and prospects to develop loan applications
• Manage a portfolio of loan relationships
• Work with colleagues to coordinate the underwriting process
• Conduct periodic reviews to ensures timely and thorough monitoring of portfolio
• Represent the Bank in local community as appropriate
• Review and process construction draws, payments, new loans and renewals
• Present loans to Loan Committee for approval
• Answer loan related questions from clients

• Have outstanding customer service skills
• Understand credit underwriting and how to navigate the lifecycle of a loan
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant discipline and 3 years of experience in commercial loans or equivalent combination of education and experience working as a loan officer
• Understand the importance of following documented procedures to execute duties
• Foster and maintain strong working relationships with all colleagues
