• Be the go-to expert for all things digital—help customers and team members navigate online banking with confidence
• Champion innovation by promoting adoption of cutting-edge digital tools and services
• Solve challenges fast
  —troubleshoot issues and deliver seamless experiences for Bill Pay, P2P, and Treasury Management products
• Own the details
  —manage account setups and ensure smooth onboarding for digital services
• Protect what matters
  —maintain compliance and keep customer transactions secure

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Regulation E and digital banking platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
