Job Description

As a Sr Test Technician here at Honeywell, you will be a key contributor to our engineering team, providing technical expertise and support to drive the success of our testing activities.

In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering support operations. You will be the go-to technical expert, providing guidance and support to resolve complex customer issues and ensure the delivery of high-quality support services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and quality assurance, to drive improvements in our support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will impact the overall quality and reliability of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards before reaching our customers. Your work will help drive continuous improvement and innovation in our testing processes.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and conduct tests according to test plans and procedures
  • Analyze test results and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve any issues that arise during testing
  • Maintain accurate records of test results and provide reports to the engineering team
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications

1st shift - Mon Fri (6am- 2:30pm)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Develop and execute test plans and procedures, documenting results and providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing and evaluation of technical products.
  • Must have basic knowledge and be able to use Microsoft tools.
  • Experience using ERP systems, i.e. SAP, Oracle.
  • Must be able to work flexible over time, (as needed, could include weekends).
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in using testing equipment and tools relevant to the industry.
  • Experience with data analysis and documentation processes to ensure quality assurance
