Position Summary
The Hive Teen Engagement Staff are responsible for overseeing the teen room, ensuring a safe and respectful environment where teens can engage positively. They serve as mentors, providing guidance and support to teens during their visits. Additionally, they lead weekly clubs that foster social skills, creativity, and personal development. The staff also play a key role in organizing and supporting events related to teen programming, promoting engagement and community building.
By doing so, they help create a vibrant and inclusive space for teens to thrive in the Hive Room.
