• Total Rewards value range: $287,191-$348,000 (based on assigned FTE)
• Annual salary: $220,600 - $250,700 (based on assigned FTE, experience, qualifications, and market data)

• Student Loan Assistance Program: $125,000 paid over 5 years (minimum 0.9 FTE required)
