Outside Property Claim Associate

• Actively participate in structured training classes covering insurance policies and claims processes
• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and other relevant parties
• Establish accurate scope of damages for building and contents losses
• Maintain accurate records of claim activity in management systems

• High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree
• Valid driver's license
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to positive experiences for insureds and claimants
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Previous internship or work experience in customer service or insurance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly
• Basic conflict resolution skills and willingness to learn advanced techniques
