Position Summary
The Mobile Development & Operations Coordinator is responsible for the growth, expansion, and daily execution of the dealership’s Mobile Service Program. This dual-role position requires strong business development initiative, creative thinking, and disciplined operational coordination.
Growth is a primary focus of this role. The opportunities for mobile development are extensive, and this position requires someone who can generate ideas, problem-solve how to implement them, and execute them fully—from concept to completion—resulting in exceptional customer experiences and measurable financial growth. Minimum performance standards are outlined in a separate document.
Primary Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth through proactive community engagement and corporate outreach.
- Build and maintain partnerships with corporations, fleet accounts, and large employers.
- Identify, create, and execute mobile events and service opportunities from start to finish.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and promote initiatives effectively.
- Coordinate daily mobile scheduling, technician workflow, and operational readiness.
- Monitor productivity, utilization, revenue, and profitability.
- Ensure professional execution of mobile services and a high-level customer experience.
- Think creatively and see opportunity beyond the traditional service model.
- Take ownership of ideas and carry them through to execution and results.
- Problem-solve independently and remove obstacles to success.
- Balance strategic growth initiatives with organized daily operations.
- Hold themselves accountable for both customer experience and financial performance.
- Represent the dealership professionally and confidently within the community.

- Compensation: DOE
- Paid Time Off: 40 hours front-loaded Paid Time Off (after 90 days employment). PTO increases at 3rd and 5th year anniversaries.
