We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 4.5 to 12 years of experience in the cards domain, located in Chennai.
Roles and Responsibility- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
- Analyze complex business problems and create innovative solutions using BIAN principles.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely updates.
- Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Strong understanding of business analysis principles and practices.
- Experience working in the cards domain with knowledge of cycling and billing processes.
- Familiarity with API/Microservices is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to rotational shifts, 5 days WFO.
