Reporting to the Sales Director, the Global Accounts Manager (GAM) owns multi‑year, multi‑stakeholder relationships with strategic global customers across the packaging value chain, focused on Esko Digital Flexo Solutions. The role integrates strategic planning, value‑based selling, technical orchestration, commercial governance, and customer success to drive standardization, adoption, and measurable business outcomes across global sites.
Typical Day- Own and execute a multi‑year global account plan, leading governance with customer executives and aligning global strategy with regional sales teams.
- Drive outcome‑based sales motions, build ROI/TCO business cases tied to customer KPIs, and integrate hardware, software, services, and partner solutions.
- Negotiate global frameworks and MSAs, manage pipeline, renewals, and ensure profitable revenue growth.
- Coordinate technical discovery, trials, and validations; lead global standardization programs; partner with Services for deployment and training.
- Develop competitive strategies, monitor risks such as contract cliffs or leadership changes.
- Lead cross‑regional account support, provide customer insights, and maintain accurate reporting in Salesforce.
- 7–10+ years in strategic, complex solution selling (hardware + software + services).
- Strong knowledge of packaging workflows;
Flexo experience a plus. - Proven success negotiating global frameworks and leading collaborative account support activities across regions.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
- Willingness to travel globally (20%).
- Preferred: Experience with packaging converters, prepress, or CPG supply chains; familiarity with sustainability outcomes; MEDDICC/Challenger/SPIN selling.
The compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 per year, with commission potential. Eligible for 401(k), paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and additional benefits.
