Noble crest Solutions is a rapidly growing direct marketing firm specializing in face-to-face customer engagement and retail-based campaigns for nationally recognized brands. We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience working directly with sales and marketing teams to support in-store promotions, generate leads, and build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote client products and services through face-to-face interactions in partnered retail locations.
• Help organize and execute local marketing events and brand activations.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and report on key sales and marketing metrics.
• Provide product knowledge and customer support to enhance the overall client experience.
• Assist with lead generation and contribute to the early stages of the sales cycle.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree (or relevant experience) in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, outgoing personality.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a team-focused attitude.
• Comfortable working in a face-to-face, in-person retail setting.
