We are seeking a skilled and motivated Structural/Civil Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in delivering high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions. This role is responsible for mentoring team members, managing projects and timelines, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, feedback, and support
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other departments to define project scope, priorities, and timelines
• Oversee project execution, ensuring on-time delivery, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional growth of team members
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and practices
• Help recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent
• Serve as a technical advisor to the team, offering solutions to complex challenges when needed
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) in engineering roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management position
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication abilities
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred
