International Logistics Coordinator

This is a high-visibility role supporting international sales and logistics activities, working closely with vendors, customers, and internal leadership.

• Coordinating all aspects of international shipments including export logistics, freight forwarding, drayage, carrier arrangements, and final-mile delivery
• Managing customs documentation, compliance requirements, and resolving international shipping issues (duties, clearance delays, carrier discrepancies)
• Pricing and arranging international shipments while working directly with vendors, freight forwarders, and customers
• Supporting international pre-sales activities including quoting, deal registration, and feasibility assessments
• Processing customer purchase orders and generating corresponding vendor POs
• Tracking shipments and proactively communicating updates to internal teams and customers
• Supporting invoicing and documentation for international transactions
• Assisting with EU operations support and global trade compliance documentation

• Proven experience in international sales and logistics
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables)
• Experience pricing and arranging international freight and coordinating multiple shipping legs
• Comfortable managing vendors, international customers, and internal stakeholders
• Sales-oriented mindset with operational execution strength
• Experience working with international shipping carriers and freight providers

Compensation ranges between $60-$75k DOE
