Painting Site Supervisor

Position: Painting Job Site Supervisor

Overview:
To create customers for life through the delivery of the Certa Pro Brand experience in a manner that ensures a quality job completed on budget, while leading an elite team of painters.

Responsibilities:

• Overall management of interior and exterior painting projects
• Delivery of an extraordinary experience to our customers and painting staff
• Lead a crew of painters
• Ensure that the entire painting crew is properly attired, and the Certa Pro Brand is represented on the jobsite as required
• Ensure the painting crew acts in a professional manner
• Communicate with the customer, office and others in the business as required and in a timely manner
• Ensure the Certainty Service System is being utilized throughout the production process.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a leadership role of a painting crew is a must
• Experience planning of a painting project to ensure customer satisfaction and a job completed on budget
• Experience coaching a crew
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of how to address issues with customers, staff, vendors and supervisor
• Ability to independently solve problems
• Great time management skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of painting experience verifiable through references
• Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment necessary
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Quality conscious and detail-oriented
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Physical ability to perform all aspects of this job (repetitive movements, standing, lifting, climbing, working at heights of greater than 10 feet, etc.)
