Store Manager - Banter by Piercing Pagoda - The Mall at Rockingham Park

Join our team as a Store Manager and have a positive impact on countless customers and team members. You will maintain daily focus on individual and team standards, achieve sales and profit projections, and foster an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation, recruiting and selecting new team members, managing the P&L, and enforcing all Company policies and procedures.

• At least one year of retail management experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends

• Base pay plus commission on sales
