Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Starbucks) (T1186) s role involves supporting General Merchandise areas and food/fulfillment processes, including inbound, outbound, replenishment, pricing, and guest service.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their needs and provide helpful service.
• Thank guests and convey appreciation for shopping at Target.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and set up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified.
• Execute pricing changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and maintain inventory accuracy as directed.
• Understand how operational procedures affect inventory, store profitability, and product availability.
• Know resources, products, and services available in the total store to assist guests and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking, packing, delivery/pickup) while maintaining compliance with laws.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance; work in varying temperatures and conditions depending on duties (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
• Remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
