• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational & promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist the guest as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use to solve and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity to create a guest-ready floor.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for our guests.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising practices, including signing execution.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests; assist with guest services and fulfillment as needed.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-Up (DU) while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties as required by business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times).

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners and other technology.
• Effective communication, ability to work independently and in a team, and resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within time frames.
• Cash handling ability, safety awareness, and compliance with policies.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 44 pounds with or without assistance; work in varying temperatures and environments.
