Position: School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Salem, New Hampshire
An immediate opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care for a high school student with complex medical needs. This contract position requires a highly skilled nurse with critical care experience to support the student throughout the school day and during transportation between home and school. Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care tailored to the individual student's complex medical needs
• Monitor and manage critical care requirements throughout the school day
• Provide nursing support during transportation to and from school, ensuring continuity of care
• Collaborate with school staff, family members, and healthcare providers to maintain comprehensive care plans
• Document all nursing activities and student health progress accurately and timely
