* Job Description:

** Due to our recent expansion, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a sterile fill finish manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of aseptic techniques. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient and compliant production of our products.

Compensation: $25.00 - 30.00 per hours

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Operate and maintain sterile fill finish manufacturing equipment.
* Perform aseptic filling, capping, and sealing of pharmaceutical products.
* Conduct routine cleaning and sanitization of manufacturing areas and equipment.
* Monitor and document production processes to ensure compliance with GMP and SOPs.
* Assist in the preparation and sterilization of components and materials.
* Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production schedules and goals.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.

* Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing role within a sterile fill finish environment.
* Knowledge of aseptic techniques and GMP regulations.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong communication and documentation skills.
