Position SummaryAs a Realty Project Coach, you will join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our top‑notch quality standards. Your role includes supervising hourly team members, handling escalations, collaborating with store associates, and embracing frequent travel.
What you'll doYou will oversee the execution of projects in your assigned stores, communicate plans and obstacles to stakeholders, minimize operational impact, and develop associates through supervision and mentoring.

- Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
- Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross‑functional teams.
Primarily working overnights; night shifts average from 10 to 12 hours. Travel:
Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home is required. You may be away from home 80% of the time, or for 17‑21 days at a time. Mileage will be reimbursed, and overnight stays will be paid for Realty Project Coach roles. Time traveling is not paid.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area, OR 3 years of experience in the same areas.
- Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments.
- Master’s degree in business or related field.
- 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Project Management - Management Professional Certification.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognizing performance, and ensuring diversity awareness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support the company mission, values, and ethics.
- Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships, identifying business needs, and monitoring progress and results.
