Onsite Leadership Role | $120,000 – $135,000 + Bonus + Allowances + Full Benefits
We’ve partnered with a well-established, multi-brand quick-service restaurant platform with a strong regional footprint to identify a Director of Operations to lead day-to-day field execution across a high-volume territory.
This is a hands-on, people-driven leadership role for an operator who enjoys being in the field, developing leaders, and driving consistent execution across multiple locations. The Director will play a critical role in elevating operational standards while maintaining a strong, performance-based culture.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Own operational performance across 20–35+ QSR locations
- Lead, coach, and develop Area / District Managers
- Drive KPIs related to sales growth, labor efficiency, food safety, cleanliness, and guest experience
- Ensure brand standards, systems, and procedures are executed consistently
- Review P&L performance and partner with leadership on corrective actions
- Support hiring, training, and leadership development initiatives
- Build bench strength and succession plans for future growth
- Maintain a visible, field-forward leadership presence
- 7+ years of progressive multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
- QSR experience required (fast food or high-volume quick service)
- Strong operational instincts with proven people-development success
- Experience owning P&Ls, labor models, and operational KPIs
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
- Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) a plus, not required
- Based in or willing to commute regularly across Southern NH / Northern MA
- Clear ownership and autonomy
