Adult Neuro OT Clinical Leader Responsibilities:
The Clinical Leader’s primary responsibility is clinical supervision of new graduate OTs, as well as collaboration with outpatient neuro OTs, other neuro clinical team leaders, and the Director of Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation to promote quality care and treatment according to clinical best practices. The Clinical Leader acts as a liaison between the Clinic Manager and the Director of Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation.
Clinical Leaders assist their supervisor with quality assurance monitoring, performance improvement, program development and implementation, and fiscal management of the department. Clinical Leaders also perform the job duties as outlined in the PT/OT/ST job description.
