Required Skills:

Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license issued by the state of New Hampshire or eligible for licensure.
Proven experience in general medicine, internal medicine, family medicine, or related specialties.
Strong interviewing and physical assessment skills, including range of motion and muscle strength testing.
Ability to perform non-treatment exams efficiently with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with veterans and team members.
Reliable availability for PRN engagement, primarily on days scheduled in Lincoln and Lebanon, NH.

Nice to Have

Skills:

Previous experience performing Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams.
Familiarity with government or veteran healthcare systems.
Certification in VA or related military healthcare programs.
Proficiency in documentation and report submission using digital platforms.

Preferred

Education and Experience:

Master’s Degree in Nursing or higher.
At least 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
Prior experience with veteran populations or government healthcare contracts is advantageous.

Other Requirements:

Own a dedicated office space within a 50-mile radius of Lincoln and Lebanon, NH.
Willingness to complete credentialing and onboarding promptly.
Ability to travel within the specified geographic area at no cost, as travel is included in rates.
Compliance with all VA and federal regulations pertaining to healthcare practice and documentation.
