• Configure, program, deploy, and improve enterprise‑level SCADA systems for power and renewable‑energy projects
• Design real‑time data‑collection, alarming, and monitoring architectures
• Diagnose and resolve SCADA and field‑device communication issues to ensure system reliability and uptime
• Support commissioning, acceptance testing, and site integration activities
• Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to client operations teams
• Participate in turning projects over from construction to long‑term operations

• Design end‑to‑end architectures covering SCADA, control systems, field networks, data platforms, and enterprise interfaces
• Develop scalable and secure designs following IT/OT best practices and NERC‑CIP‑inspired methodologies (when applicable)
• Lead modernization efforts including virtualization, cloud or hybrid OT environments, and infrastructure upgrades
• Produce and maintain architecture standards, network diagrams, as‑built documentation, and technical guidelines

• Integrate SCADA systems with servers, historians, IoT/edge systems, cloud platforms, and corporate IT systems
• Optimize data flows and interfaces between PLCs/RTUs, SCADA, historians, data lakes, and control networks
• Work with industry‑standard industrial protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, IEC‑104, OPC‑UA/DA, MQTT, and more

• Implement foundational OT cybersecurity measures (network segmentation, access control, hardening, secure configurations)
• Participate in risk assessments, threat modeling, and incident response activities
• Support compliance with internal standards and industry frameworks relevant to OT environments

• Maintain and enhance resilient OT infrastructures including servers, networks, firewalls, virtual environments, and storage
• Support the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of OT‑grade networking (Layer 2/3, VLANs, routing, firewalls)
• Participate in asset lifecycle management, patching strategies, and reliability improvements

• Serve as a technical lead on integration and architecture mandates
• Mentor and coach junior engineers in SCADA, networking, controls, and infrastructure topics
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project managers

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or equivalent
• 5–15 years of experience with SCADA, controls, or IT/OT systems
• Strong communication, documentation, and client‑facing skills
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% across North America
• Eligibility to work in the United States

  Experience with PLCs/RTUs, HMI applications, and industrial SCADA platforms (e.g., Ignition, Clear
  
  SCADA/Geo SCADA, Wonderware, Factory Talk, etc.)
• Asset:
  Familiarity with historians such as OSIsoft PI, Canary, or similar
• Asset:
  Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC‑104, OPC, MQTT)

  Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, VLANs, cybersecurity concepts, and firewalls
• Asset:
  Experience in the power or renewable‑energy sector
