Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Business Administration

The Office & Commercial Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Sales team while managing the planning and execution of in-office events and sales programming. This role helps build strong relationships with customers and local brand partners, oversees commercial inventory and sample management, and ensures efficient coordination of sample requests, shipments, delivery, and storage to support a seamless sales operation.
WhatYou'll Do
- Act as a partner with the management board to develop and implement strategies across the organization.
- Coordinate the right assortment and in alignment with the overall demand profile while ensuring proper inventory levels are kept (stive for proper balance of "never out" in-stock policy and minimal inventory).
- Conduct continual stock analysis against past usage and future demand; analyze sales, market trends, factory capacity and merchandising strategies to develop accurate forecasts and buys.
- Assist with meeting preparations (presentations, technologies, amenities).
- Maintain security and facilitate visitor building access; maintain shared Outlook office calendars and ensure guest visits align with other business priorities, while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Coordination of department credit card expenses, statement reconciliation, and travel/reservations.
- Assist Sales Manager whenever possible.
- Other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2-5 years' experience in an office administrative, inventory, sales operations or customer-facing support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Superior organization and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines when necessary, and adjust priorities as needed.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and in a professional manner (verbally and written).
Hourly Range: $24-$32/hour
