Medical Surgical​/Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
Mass General Brigham Incorporated (Direct) - Main Program and no current placement allowed at Program:
Mass General Brigham Incorporated (Direct) - Main Program.

Additional Details:

Required skills and experience: Must be able to read tele strips. Med/Surg RN with neuro assessment skills and telemetry competency; ability to interpret Tele Strips.

Required credentials: BLS ACLS must be AHA, ARC, CHSF or Military. MGB Dysrhythmia Exam.

Shift & schedule requirements: Every other weekend. Night positions do not rotate. Rotation frequency: low.

Unit and facility details: Phippen 6/7 is a 32 Bed Ortho/Neuro Med/Surg Unit. This is a private unit admitting all other medical overflows.

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
