Stability Healthcare is looking for a Home Health RN contract position in Salem, MA. Home Health nurses work with patients of various ages and backgrounds who require daily care in their homes. Most of our patients are elderly and/or terminally ill. Home Health nurses are responsible for managing a heavy caseload(s). The ability to manage time and tasks is critical for these positions.
While this position presents a challenging workload, the benefits of working outside a clinical setting may be rewarding to many Home Care nurses, including the opportunity for direct one-on-one assessment and attention spent on individual patients.
Perks and compensation may include: a $600 travel bonus, Day 1 health insurance with United Healthcare, PTO plan (start accruing on day 1, usable during contract or cash-out at end), guaranteed stipend if a facility calls you off, and an extra hour bonus for working beyond weekly contracted hours.
