We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the coordination of operations for three specialty service lines in the North Shore:
Endocrinology, Nutrition, and Nephrology. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about improving access, quality, and patient experience.
These specialty service lines are fully integrated across our North Shore primary care locations allowing patients to access coordinated, multidisciplinary care within the communities we serve. Collaboration with the Practice Managers who lead operations for these primary care sites is essential to building strong partnerships, aligning efforts, and driving collective success across the service lines. The primary care sites are located in Lynn, Saugus, Swampscott, Salem, Peabody, Danvers, Beverly and Rowley.
Frequent travel to these sites is required, but the primary onsite presence for this manager will be in Danvers and Salem.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, responsibilities for our Practice Manager include strategic planning, program development, clinical and operational quality improvement, and financial/budget reporting and monitoring. Throughout the three service lines, there are approximately 32 full-time staff members (both clinical and non-clinical roles) this manager will oversee.
