Are you the Master s Level Outpatient Clinician/Therapist we ve been searching for? In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for helping others by working with individuals of all ages, along with their support networks and families!

JRI s Children s Friend and Family Services division is committed to assisting families and their children who are dealing with substantial behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges. Our mission is to ensure they can access the vital services necessary for them to flourish at home, in school, and within their communities.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Sign-on Bonus: We are offering a $2,000 sign on bonus paid out in full after 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities
  • You will provide in-person outpatient therapy to children and adults, including telehealth.
  • You will help individuals achieve their best selves in their homes and communities.
  • You will work with clients of diverse diagnostic profiles and explore suitable treatment modalities (individual, couples, or family therapy).
  • You will deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed, and confidential clinical services focused on client needs.
  • You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to develop effective strategies for client support, engage in treatment, and attend case conferences and discharge meetings.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Master s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling from an accredited college or university required.
  • Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or able to sit for clinical licensure required. We will help you!
  • Must have clinical experience with children and adolescents required; familiarity with trauma informed models of treatment preferred.
  • Ability to create and implement treatment or service plans that reflect a thorough understanding of the client s cultural background.
  • Demonstrated capacity to develop therapeutic relationships with individuals from various backgrounds, encompassing different racial, ethnic, linguistic, religious, and sexual orientation identities.
  • Open to maintaining a flexible work schedule and participate in an on-call schedule.
  • Proficiency in or the capacity to learn electronic medical record software, along with fundamental computer skills, including the Microsoft Suite.
