Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site position for a Registered Respiratory Therapist located in Salem, MA. The therapist will provide high‑quality respiratory care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of cardiopulmonary conditions. Responsibilities include working with patients in intensive care, neonatal units, or other clinical settings to deliver expert respiratory therapy, operating specialized medical equipment, and collaborating with medical teams to develop care plans tailored to individual patients.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Cardiopulmonary and Respiratory Care techniques, with the ability to operate associated medical equipment effectively.
  • Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care and Respiratory Therapy to support critically ill patients, including preterm infants.
  • A strong understanding of Medicine and its application to respiratory care treatment plans.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic clinical setting, with strong critical thinking and communication skills.
  • Current state licensure in respiratory care and BLS/ACLS certification; NRP certification is a plus.
