Mass General Brigham is hiring qualified CRNAs to work at Salem Hospital. This advanced practice position offers the opportunity to develop clinical skills with a dynamic anesthesia team, in partnership with a large, academic medical center with a rich history and strong medical school affiliation.

At Salem Hospital, CRNAs collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and are part of an integrated care team. We provide an extensive orientation and training program, along with regular check-ins to support new graduate CRNAs in a fast-paced environment.

• CRNA/SRNA Licensure
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, biochemistry, chemistry, physics, and pharmacology related to anesthesia
• Experience with various anesthesia techniques and procedures for all types of surgery and obstetrics
• Fluent in verbal and written communication
• Cultural competence and language skills for the patient population are preferred
