Experienced Civil / Site Project Engineer (PE)

💰 $90K–$180K + Bonus Potential

A growing, full-service engineering and consulting firm is seeking a driven Project Engineer/Manager to join its Site/Civil Engineering team. • Lead site/civil design projects from concept through approval and construction
• Design site layout, grading, stormwater management, utilities, landscaping, lighting, and erosion control systems
• Manage zoning and land development permitting processes
• Perform hydraulic and hydrologic analysis
• Prepare site plans, environmental impact assessments, and technical reports
• Conduct field inspections and coordinate with clients and agencies
• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver innovative, well-coordinated solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 4+ years of experience in site design, grading, and permitting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D and Hydro
  
  CAD a plus)
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Self-motivated mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
