Henley Design is seeking a procurement lead who will support our interior designers across all of our projects. Candidate must demonstrate an extremely high attention to detail, excellent communication and time management skills, as well as a positive, solution-oriented attitude. We are looking for an independently motivated self-starter who can also be a strong team player.

• Providing administrative support for our team across all full-service design projects
• Gathering vendor quotes and generating purchase orders, proposals, and invoices in Studio Designer
• Managing ongoing purchase orders, generating project expediting reports, and coordinating with vendors, freight companies, designers, contractors, clients, and other project stakeholders to maintain project timelines
• Assisting with general office administration and organizational tasks

• Bachelor’s Degree +
• Experience working for an interior design/architecture firm, vendor showroom, or high‑end company selling to the interior design trade
• Expertise in Studio Designer, proficiency in Asana and Google Workspace
