Blue River Services, Inc. (BRS) is a private not for profit organization founded in 1959 by six families that believed that all people are capable of learning when given the opportunity and appropriate support services. With this guiding philosophy for over 60 years the services we provide have expanded to meet the needs of our community and address barriers to independence for people with and without disabilities.

Our agency currently offers services through 13 departments. BRS provides services in 30 Southern Indiana Counties to more than 20,000 individuals each year.

This is an R  Alliance full-time job based in Salem, IN.

• Assist the Shelter Director and Manager with shelter operations, direct client service, handling crisis and conflicts as they arise.
• Answer crisis calls and provide advocacy and support to victims.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
