Position: ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON
An orthopedic surgeon's job includes diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system (bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons) through surgical and non-surgical methods. Key duties involve performing surgeries like joint replacements and fracture repairs, consulting with patients, developing treatment plans, managing pre- and post-operative care, and maintaining detailed patient records. Responsibilities and duties
Patient Consultation and Diagnosis:
Consult with patients to discuss diagnoses, which are determined through physical exams, imaging, and lab tests.
Treat conditions including fractures, arthritis, and deformities through surgical and non-surgical options.
Surgical Procedures:
Perform a variety of surgeries, such as joint replacements, fracture repairs, and spinal procedures.
Utilize both traditional and minimally invasive techniques to improve patient recovery.
Treat trauma and emergency cases as needed.
Treatment and Care Planning:
Develop comprehensive treatment plans, including pre- and post-operative care.
