Jr Accountant

Role Description
This is a full-time Jr. Accountant role located onsite in  Salem    . The Jr. Accountant will be responsible for supporting various accounting operations, including maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, handling payroll operations, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with month-end and year-end financial closings. The role involves close collaboration with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate and legal requirements.

Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical for success in this position.

Qualifications
Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including accounts payable and receivable management
Proficiency with financial software and tools, including spreadsheets and accounting software
Ability to analyze financial statements, reconcile accounts, and identify discrepancies
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working effectively with the finance team and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Previous experience or internships in an accounting role preferred
Understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements is a plus
