The RoleWe’re seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand BUNKR’s reach, revenue, and partnerships in the sports industry, with a strong focus on tennis and women’s sports. You’ll build relationships with key stakeholders, secure sponsor ships and collaborations, and represent BUNKR at events and in the community. This role requires creativity, resilience, and a passion for empowering athletes. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of self-confidence along with the ability to truly respect their fellow teammates while working together toward a common vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow BUNKR’s brand and market presence
- Drive revenue through sponsor ships, collaborations, and innovative business initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with athletes, coaches, organizations, and community leaders
- Represent BUNKR at tournaments, conferences, and networking events
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and campaigns
- Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement
- Deep expertise in tennis or sports, with strong knowledge of women’s sports
- Professional, collegiate, or competitive athletic experience preferred
- Proven ability to create partnerships and deliver measurable business results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to overcome significant obstacles in life and sport
- Adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Established network in tennis or women’s sports
- Experience with early-stage or purpose-driven organizations
- Degree in business, sports management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
