Sr. Engineer, Applications Development

Raymond James is looking for a Senior Engineer to develop and maintain software applications, focusing on UiPath RPA solutions.

• Write, debug, execute, and maintain source code for software applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and testers to ensure clear requirements, code integration, and defect resolution.
• Conduct unit tests and adhere to performance standards.
• Code and maintain UiPath applications.
• Provide RPA design, testing, training, and implementation support.
• Develop and perform robot testing, fix defects, and re‑execute tests to validate results.
• Analyze system efficiencies related to enhancements/automation.
• Participate in integration activities to support project implementation.
• Assist with pilot upgrades, innovative tool evaluations, and configuration of new automation tools.
• Document test results, remedial actions, and ensure proper problem analysis to prevent rework.
• Ensure UiPath platform solutions follow best practice and are deployed to UiPath Orchestrator.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• Three (3) years of development, engineering, or related experience, including at least one year of UiPath RPA experience.
• Experience with web technologies (.NET or similar), desktop applications (Windows, Java), integration technologies, distributed architectures, OO, SOA, web services, messaging, instrumentation, monitoring, automation frameworks, continuous delivery, and application development SDLC.

$126,500 per year
