Bayou Palms Assisted Living is looking for a full time maintenance person. Up to 40 hours a week and $20/hr must be able to pass a level two background screen.
Initial Responsibilities and Skills- Paint (Full room painting and touchups)
- Physical labor of moving heavy items
- Groundskeeping
- Ability to fix minor plumbing, electric, drywall, ceiling tile, door hardware and furniture building issues
Strong candidates would have their own basic tools, good people skills, organization skills and time management skills
