* U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
* Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
* Management experience with workforce planning and resource management
* Requires demonstrated experience working in a collaborative environment requiring frequent teaming and written / verbal communication with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
* Must have an active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance prior to start date. Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance in the future.

* Experience in DT Infrastructure and/or Computing technologies
* Experience managing teams in an Agile or Dev Ops environment
* Experience in Classified Environments, including Security requirements and controls
* Knowledge of DFARs, CMMC, RMF, DAAPM, and JSIG requirements and controls
* Experience with cyber and compliance hardening, process controls, and risk management
* Proven effective communication skills, with ability to influence and drive change
* Financial management of financial portfolio or budget, including Annual Operations Planning
* Demonstrated ability to understand complex issues, develop effective solutions, and drive to timely resolution
* Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting tasks and initiatives
* Proven ability to lead, develop, inspire, and motivate a team
* Experience securely connecting labs to internal and external customers.
* Demonstrated success in leading change efforts
