We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sale of advertising placements across our growing network.

As Sales Manager
, you will be responsible for selling advertising packages to local businesses and managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential

• Prospect and sell advertising opportunities to local businesses
• Build and manage a pipeline of advertisers
• Educate clients on the value of digital signage and local visibility
• Close deals and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with leadership on pricing, packages, and growth strategy
• Represent Candas Advertising professionally in the local market

• Proven experience in sales, advertising, media, or business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to earn based on performance
• Experience selling local advertising is a strong plus
