In this Junior Account Executive role, you will:- Work directly with customers to understand their telecommunications needs, preferences, and usage habits to drive strategic sales conversations
- Manage individual customer accounts with accuracy, professionalism, and a keen understanding of long‑term sales opportunities
- Handle confidential customer information and data with discretion and accountability
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and hands‑on learning experiences to elevate your sales skill set and product knowledge
- Conduct territory research to determine where the strongest sales potential exists and how to maximize customer reach
- Identify opportunities for plan upgrades, service enhancements, and customer conversions that contribute to department‑wide sales
- Is motivated to launch a sales‑oriented career and learn quickly
- Thrives in conversations and enjoys building rapport with customers
- Is comfortable managing sensitive information with professionalism
- Works well in competitive, fast‑paced environments
- Welcomes coaching, feedback, and collaborative problem‑solving
- Has a high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or internship experience in Entrepreneurship, Communications, or a similar field is also welcome!
