Job Responsibilities
- Talk to a wide variety of new business contacts – including Owners, Managers and Senior Leaders
- Cold call and prospect for leads to companies that could benefit from new solutions
- Maintain email and phone conversation with warm prospects to determine the driving factor in the purchase decision
- Partner with experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline
- Become a product expert and learn strategies to communicate product value
- Continuously increase product knowledge by working closely with Training Specialists and Product Development teams
- Clearly communicate business decision drivers, costs, and benefits to showcase the product as a strategic advantage
- Deliver superior customer service, cold calling, and data entry skills
- Strong over‑the‑phone communication and online presentation skills
- Advocate for customers and prospects by building rapport to identify their key needs and determine possible solution sets
- Desire to think creatively and use problem‑solving skills to assure customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi‑task, pay attention to detail and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced experience navigating multiple windows to provide accurate information to end users (multiple screens recommended but not required)
- Flexible attitude and demonstrated ability to hit targets and exceed expectations
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (preferred, not required)
- Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
- Must reside near and commute to our office location in downtown St. Petersburg, FL 33701 or Dallas, TX
- Personal Windows 10 or 11 Operating System required with webcam and USB headset (equipment not provided)
- Must pass all assessments and systems check
- Ability to communicate through verbal and written English
- Proven proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRMs, and other online resources for information
- One to three years of B2B experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer‑centric role
- Experience working with CRM and Sales Loft preferred
