As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be on the front lines driving growth through outbound outreach. You’ll connect with medical and dental practices, introduce industry-leading payment solutions, and set qualified appointments for the field sales team. If you’re motivated, coachable, and thrive in a high-energy sales environment, this role offers strong earning potential and clear opportunities for advancement.
What You’ll Do- Make high-volume outbound calls to engage medical and dental practices.
- Introduce the company’s payment-processing solution and generate qualified appointments.
- Collaborate closely with field sales representatives on targeted outreach campaigns.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking, notes, and reporting within the CRM.
- Contribute to team goals, participate in a supportive sales culture, and celebrate shared wins.
- 1+ year of inside sales or outbound call experience (call center, B2B, service sales, or similar).
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
, comfortable speaking with business owners and office staff. - Goal-driven, resilient, and highly coachable
, with a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment. - CRM proficiency (Salesforce or equivalent) and strong attention to detail in activity tracking.
